About DueCo
Dueco Used Equipment Redistribution is an initiative by Rod van der Velde and aims to vector almost two decades of proficiency in redistributing late model and low houred earthmoving equipment out of Europe towards Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand.
The product segments in which DueCo is very proficient are wheel loaders, bulldozers and single drum rollers but recent developments resulted in expanding into pipelaying equipment such as pipelayers, welding tractors, bending machines, padders, bending mandrels, pipe facing machine and internal & external line up clamps. When adding up, there is more than 30 years of experience available in the above mentioned segments.
Resulting from our primary and secondary network on the European continent, we are often involved in late model low-houred equipment manufactured by Liebherr and Caterpillar.
From a geographical prospective we are very well established with customers on the North American continent and in the Pacific region.

for buyers & sellers
DueCo for Buyers and Sellers of Equipment
DueCo is for both sellers and buyers a suitable partner. When sellers want to dispose of equipment we assist by means of discrete remarketing their excess machines. We will always try to redistribute equipment to a different geographical area - outside the owner's domestic area - for obvious reasons. Discretion is always applied when we sell an unit: sign writings of previous owners are always removed from the machines where possible.
Buyers of equipment - in particular overseas customers - contact DueCo to locate and source equipment without having to travel long distances. Equipment is sourced on behalf of the buyers, taken to our yard for washing and cleaning and transported onwards to the port. When a machine is sourced on behalf of a customer, DueCo will commit to the unit as the buyer but always on behalf of our customer. DueCo will always try to travel to the machine to view the unit ensuring a smooth transition of the machine from the owner via DueCo to our customer. Again, discretion is something we keep in mind: once a sale is in place we will not ventilate destination and other transaction details to any other party other than customs when an export document is required and the shipping agent when sea freight is included.
When we source equipment on behalf of our buyers, we will always endeavour to obtain the best possible price-quality ratio and when sellers want us to remarket their equipment it is our obligation to reach a transaction price that is agreeable to every party involved.
For our overseas buyers we can also facilitate several auxiliary services to complement our remarketing & redistribution activities.
Road transport is carried out by a few preferred haulage companies. The cost of road transport, of course, is important but weighing in a lot more is a timely & accurate delivery of any machine to our yard for further preparation or to the major ports in Holland, Belgium or Germany.
Ocean freight is always contracted to shipping agents that offer the best rates to a specific destination. When buyers want us to deliver equipment to an overseas destination, we always include marine insurance. Exceptions given, we can quote the cost for sea freight within 6 hours depending on the destination.
Upon request we can have equipment inspected by an independent third party organisation that has an high reputation. The cost of inspection will always have to be absorbed by the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.
Every machine is thoroughly washed and valeted before delivery, but specifically for Australia and New Zealand deep cleaning is required. DueCo can facilitate this for our buyers and is always included when quoting equipment to customers in the Pacific region. Deep cleaning is subcontracted to a third party, but overseen by ourselves.
Product improvements such as retrofitting air conditioning or central lubrication will always be subcontracted to select subcontractors and will be done to the highest standards matching those of the equipment manufacturers.
Last but not least we want to emphasise that we are not auctioneers nor providers of an internet-sales-portal: we are sellers and buyers of pre-owned equipment.
